Manuel Fabián Neri

Manuel Fabián Neri is a philosopher and chef whose work explores the relationship between land, matter, and everyday life. He currently runs Amrita, a restaurant and family space in Pisac, and cooks seasonally at a mountain refuge in Switzerland, where he prepares food for groups in a high-altitude environment.

Through his travels across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Manuel has focused his energy on cultivating a more conscious relationship with food, land, and community. He works ceremonially with plant medicines and holds space through ritual practice, which informs his way of supporting groups.

During the retreat, he supports the group through cooking, practical care, and space-holding, contributing to a grounded and attentive container throughout the journey.
